 Then, enter the final assembly workshop. As the name suggests, the final assembly workshop is the workshop where each part is assembled into a vehicle, and it is the most critical production link of the vehicle quality. Gac Trumpchi final assembly line, flexible as the principle, mixed line, flexible production can achieve 4-8 models of collinear production. According to Guo, the workshop has a forward-looking design and can be switched to the production of new energy vehicles at any time if necessary. It is the first in the industry to fully automatic windshield installation, through the 3D vision system real-time detection of rubber, to ensure the high accuracy of glass installation and vehicle sealing; In tire, a key assembly point related to safety, GAC Trumpchi can achieve tire preloading, forward transmission, inversion torque input and Angle control in more than 20 steps in less than 10 seconds, greatly enhancing the safety factor of users' driving and riding.

 The focus of this exchange is the essence of GAC production management. Guo Yunqiang, director of final assembly quality Control, introduced the GPS production mode of GAC Trumpchi in detail. This is a unique production mode suitable for GAC Trumpchi, which integrates Toyota production Method (TPS), Toyota Lean production (JIT), and GAC culture & Lingnan culture. GPS production mode focuses on creating a low-cost, high-quality and high-efficiency value stream. Centering on the two goals of "just-in-time" and "stop calling and wait", the best management practice activities are carried out in the six aspects of balanced pulling, continuous flow, TPM activity, intelligence, comprehensive visual, and process completion.

Zheng Lixin, director of the Process engineering department of integrated Management Department, responded to our concerns about quality work. He explained in simple terms how trumpchi people can guarantee the quality of manufacturing. Gac Trumpchi takes prevention as the core idea of quality control, through advanced equipment, reasonable technology and scientific personnel training to ensure zero defects and production consistency, and in the process of strict process management, to ensure that problems do not flow to the next process; At the same time, through key project management to ensure that the key manufacturing process parameters remain stable and optimized, and achieve continuous improvement throughout the whole process. Mr. Zheng focused on the best practice case of the process completion. This production control process originated from the feedback of the market. Through the control of six aspects, including new model verification, good quality condition management, standard operation, change point management and process capability evaluation, zero defect -- reassuring manufacturing quality was finally achieved. Among them, the opinions of the market and the management of the change point have good reference significance to our company.
